Kevin: You mentioned tooth problems. We actually haven't talked about teeth troubles with anyone from this program. And some individuals on a raw diet do experience hot as well as cold sensitivity, plus would be that helps strengthens the teeth and gums, Find Out More, sign of teeth beginning to rot? What's happening there?

Kevin:
Jameth: Yes it could be, and most a raw fooder has gotten dental problems, it's actually the team which has almost all dental problems in my experience, and especially in the years past, because there's far more attention of that, has been raw fooders, which is ironic. The nastiest dental health I've seen is in raw fooders.

Jameth:
Kevin: Whoa.

Kevin:
Jameth: Now when I was mainly a fruitarian, I'd a number of cavities when I was a child, I guess 4, and once I was mostly fruitarian, the tooth of mine started rotting out of my mouth. I got many, most cavities, and that was during that comparable period of athletics when I was consuming a huge amount of sugar. Now, somebody would say, "Well, I am consuming this raw food, important, healthy, gorgeous fruit," also I am not at all an anti-fruit person, but by no means do I recommend fruitarianism either.

Jameth:
Kevin: Right.

Kevin:
Jameth: I was eating more sugar then I was when I was a typical processed food kid at Halloween and so forth. A typical person, in case they eat fast foods & sugars, they'll have a snack bar in this article, there, maybe when 1 day, something like that, perhaps twice 1 day. And so, two times one day you have sugar passing by the teeth of yours. When you are a raw fooder and consuming lots of fruit, you are having sugar pass by your teeth a dozen times a day. I'll have a piece of fruit now. Have a slice of fresh fruit later. And, fruit's very low calorie, you really have much more contact time with sugar on your teeth. And, it's ironic that a regular candy bar has an impressively limited ability to feed your cells because it's white sugar, it's preservatives, there's almost no nutrients in it, it is just absolute crap, and also you cannot sustain cellular life very well whatsoever. Plus, the bacteria which live under the gums of yours, every time they receive a snack bar, they are able to develop from that. Nonetheless, they can't develop almost also as they're able to from fruit sugar since fruit sugar is live, it's crucial, it's enzymes, it has life force. The water in veggie's and fruits is a minimal surface tension structured drinking water that feeds our cells phenomenally better than a snack bar. That's one of the reasons raw foods and whole foods are so good for us. Bacteria under your teeth thrive on fruit sugar as nothing else since it is more vital for them, also. Plus, they get stronger.

Jameth:
Kevin: Right. Very important for us and them.
